One year ago today......
My daughter was just about a month old so I was about 220. I'm now 192, so that's 28 lbs down. Yay! I just started FS about 2 weeks ago so hopefully I can match that loss this time next year! Smile

Has anyone ever tried the cabbage soup diet?
The soup itself tastes pretty good. My sister lost quite a bit of weight on this and was able to keep it off. I tried it and lasted a week b/c I was starving and very irritable. It may be worth a shot, but just know if you follow the actual diet you will be hungry the first couple of weeks and very sick of the soup. Smile

My sister wants Cheesecake factory for her birthday today, what do I order?
I would get the cuban sandwich and wash it down with an oreo cheesecake...oh...sorry...you meant something healthy Wink

It looks like on their webiste they have "weight management salads". One of those would probably be a good choice. there are 3 to choose from. Hope to help!
