Consequences of going too low on carbs and calories
Carb numbers came from www.calculator.net. Might not be the most authoritative source admittedly. In trying to keep carbs down I find fruit to be the hardest source of carbs to avoid. I find it difficult to believe that pineapple is keeping me fat.

Consequences of going too low on carbs and calories
I am new to dieting. I have completed all the calculators and they say to lose a kg a week I should be consuming 2059 calories comprising 220-412g of carbs. My diet is designed to be low carb and I am exercising more. From my first few days of food recording, I am well below the calories and carbs recommended. Should I be smiling smugly to myself or are there negative consequences of this?
