I am 18 years old and its time for me to make a change! My goal is 160 I know its 100 pounds but I know I can do it this time! In the past all of my diets have failed but I am going to start taking alli while losing weight. I am going to start eating 5 small meals a day working out at least 4 times a week for at least 30 minutes I'm hoping on an hour! I have made my own folder to write down everything I eat, think, do. I think this will help me stay on task and allow me to see where I have messed up and what I can do better! If you need a friend to talk to I'm here and willing to listen we are in this together!
