I am 49 year old female, recently my doctor told me that I have to have medication for high blood sugar. I ask the doctor any alternative way, but you know doctor gave her suggestion and I have a mind of my own. First thing I assessed my situation and then made a plane to treat my self. I had the doctor recommend a nutritionist. I set an appointment with nutritionist, since I travel and live in different places I exercised but I love to cook and eat also. After the summer when I travelled again I was basically very upset with my health situation and depressed. I was on food research for two weeks when I discovered this website, it helped me a lot to figure out about my diet. It was time consuming to put note every thing I was eating and I had to stay under 1500 calories as recommended by my nutritionist. The the excercise I was doing was not hard or enough for weight loss. So the plane I created for my self is different, I will have a bowl of oat meal with my favorite nuts and a glass of milk and a cup of tea. avoid snaking and have a good dinner, one day of week is my cheat day where I will eat ice cream or any other ink food. work out 6 days of week and take one day off. I think my individual plane is working for me so far I lost 11pounds in 2 month and I feel strong to make healthy choice in my diet and life style.
