I really let myself go the past two years by hitting the 200lb mark and then some.My dad has diabetes type 2/hypertension. My mom has hypertension/high cholesterol. Therefore,I feel like I am a walking time bomb about to blow up anytime.
I'm the only one in my family who is overweight.White sticky rice is a staple at my house. Working out is not fun for me. I live in Wisconsin and it's freezing cold most of the year-not conducive to working out or doing anything besides sleeping or drinking beer. I'm trying to figure out a way to learn how to like exercise. I enjoy eating and food has provided me comfort at times. I've tried almost every diet out there and almost every pill. I've come to the realization that its gonna take good ole diet and exercise to be successful this time.
I just want to lose weight to feel better about myself and my future.
