So here I am again, trying to lose weight. This time my goal is to tone up and lose 10lbs by the time I go to Nassau in January. I had previously lost 60lbs and reached my goal weight of 125 by taking up running and using fatsecret.com. Recently, though, I've managed to gain back 10lbs. I've been struggling to regain the healthy habits I adopted, but nonetheless, my goals are to become a better vegetarian and build my running endurance back up to comfortable 5 milers. I mainly follow a whole foods diet and eat in moderation (no carb restricting and no starvation for me).
Goal #1: Reach 130, previous goal weight. MET on February 1, 2010!
Goal #2: Reach 125, "ideal" BMI of 22.
Goal #1: Reach 135 and a normal BMI of 25. MET on July 22, 2008!
