should i be trying eat all my daily reccomened intake?????
i heard that for losing one pound a week you need to cut down on 3500 calorie a week, it means try to reduce your calorie intake 500 calorie each day, so for the beginning, my suggestion is that try to eat 75% to 85% of daily intake , good luck Wink

I'm new to this site( just 6 hours Very Happy ) but it really motivates me, I'd like to know beside my own diet, does any one have any helpful suggestion for losing belly fat? It really disappoints me Crying or Very sad
