So day one is done. It was easier then I thought. I made a home made veggie soup, that should last me 3-4 days. It feels good to be eating fruits and veggies. I had been eating alot of fast food recently. I was sore and tired yesterday so i didnt exercise, but i will tonight. 8 more days to go for detox to be over!

Ok today is day one of detox for me. I wont weigh myself again until the 22nd of Jan. Here is my weight and measurements as of today:
weight: 136.5 lbs
waist: 33 in
hips: 37 in
neck: 13 in
thigh: 21.5 in
bicep: 12 in
chest: 36in
So day 1 of The Fat Smash Diet!! Im excited. Lets see where Im at by the 22nd!!

I found my Fat Smash Diet book today. I am so excited to start this diet again. I really want to shed 8 lbs, and tone up.
food:
1 slice of pepperoni pizza
2 slices of sausage, pineapply and mushroom pizza
20 oz. soda

2.5 cups of vegetable beef soup with rice
