My body gained and didn't have time in between to loose weight
or tighten
I think tightening my tummy is what I fear the most!
I started at 176 and as of feb 20th 2012 I am 147lbs!
I am on the Atkins Diet and staying on the induction phase 1 for a while....and really am enjoying it there are my rough days and even rougher days yet I have had my set backs but get right back up and keep going!! My kids are good about not making me try there candy and good at watching what goes in my mouth thank you Jesus for that!!

I am back weighing 147 lbs. Had to do some intolerance testing and that meant that I had to be eating all the foods that I cut out on the phase one of atkins! Sooo excited to be back!! Looking forward to feeling Even Better!!

oh I agree Hate doing 30 day shred yet Love it cuz it is fast and keeps it moving....and just when I say ...ahhhh I need to take a breather...and hold out just a few is on to the next thing...Pushes me just enough...and I am 32 in July and weigh 176 Sad 6 babies 5 babies in 5 yrs....i am not looking forward to my knees and workouts!! but it will be better in the long run!
