Hi I'm Sheena. I'm 27 years old. I'm new to Atkins. I've gone back and forth with my weight for years. I seem to gain and lose the same 10-15 lbs over and over. Before I got pregnant in early 2010, I was at my lightest, about 123 lbs. I felt great! Well obviously, pregnancy put an end to that and now I've been struggling to lose these last 15 lbs. My little boy will be 1 year old Nov 19th so I decided I've got to do something. I refuse to stay at this weight. I decided Atkins was right for me because I like that I'm eating healthy foods and that I'm actually eating. Usually on diets I feel so deprived and I don't eat healthy because I'm more focused on calories than the actual quality of the food I'm eating. I started Atkins October 21st at 143 lbs. In the first week of induction I lost 4 lbs. Then I stalled for about a week and decided to move on to Phase 2. I'm now losing again slowly but surely.
