Hi! My name is Sarah. I am on my own diet that allows you only 500-600 calories a day (If a special day, 700 calories). So far that has been working for me! I have been losing 3-5 pounds per week. I exercise and am very active and this diet never makes me dizzy or tired or anything. Hopefully I can reach my dream weight of 180 pounds (Maybe a little less. I have no idea since I have never weighed that little) I have been over weight since I was 5 and I can't stand it anymore!This is a start of a new me! :-]
