Ihad gained a bit... but have really pulled back on the amount i Eat........
I am near goal and trying to come back down just 10 more... but holding for the most part...I do not give in I only eat my Low Carb... I am on Vacation right now so not sure how things are going..... But I CAN SAY IT IS WORTH IT TO STAY ON COARSE..

Hello...New to the LCHF Group
folks... if and when you wrap your head around the FACT...….THAT REGULAR FOODS ARE KILLING YOU..you will find it much easier.... drink drink that water...…..keep the number 2 potty thing moving... eat salads.....READ LABELS...…… carbs are hiding everywhere...…...I will be 75 this month and been on this way of eating for many years...took me a long time to get in the grove.... now...…….so glad I have...….358 down to 140 ,,,took a long time but worth it all...…..now reg sweets taste nasty to me......truly... love my eggs all diff ways... when you stop trying to make the foods like you used to have them ...look what they did to you... oh no, not for me.... not again...…...was huge all my life..love these size 10 jEANS… YEP WORTH IT IN THE END...………….

My dear I will be your buddy.... if you ask I will do my best to help you out...are u eating only meat, eggs, cheese and fish with great salads low carb veggies............drink drink drink that water... eat of these till you are full and stop.. it takes about 4 days to burn up all the carbs in the body... then you feel a difference..good luck and if you don't ask we can't help....

That sweet pot alone will do it..it turns to pure sugar soon as you put it in your mouth...
and causes you to be hungry in a few..
drink drink that water..READ THE LABELS..... fill up on low carb foods.. soon as you get the carbs burned up in your body you are not hungry ..or I am not.. and I been doing this for many years and TOTALLY LOVE MY WAY OF LIFE...........I never count calories... just Carbs... and hold to 39-25 a day mostly in my L.C. veggies..
clear out the carbs and you will feel so much better and in good control
