I am currently 23 years old (almost 24) and live in Columbus, OH. I have always been active my whole life, playing basketball, volleyball, softball, track, and other activities. I used to swim almost every summer and ride bikes with my friends. But my whole life I have been overweight. I thought I was just destined to be one of those bigger girls. But then I realized that it was my eating habits. I never remember my mom cooking for us so we had to find things to eat on our own. Alot of times that would mean picking up a pizza or fast food. My starting weight was 273, which is the heaviest I have ever been. I goal is to be at 200, which will be the smallest I have ever been that I can remember. I usually give up on "diets" after so long, but this time I will keep with it! Wish me luck...
