I am a 33 year old jr high teacher who refuses to take this "aging process" sitting down- LOL!
I workout 4-5 times a week at a gym close to my home and started running 5K's about a year ago. I'm doing well in incresaing my speed in my 5K races, I'm currently running about a 24:30 5K(give or take depending the day). I ran my 1st half marathon in April 2010, I plan to do my next in October 2010.
I am almost where I want to be physically, but I just have the last little bit to go... but don't we all?!?!?
