I am a mother of 4 boys. Their ages range from 14-7. I work full time out side of the house but feel lucky to have a very flexible schedule. I am married to my husband of 19 years. He is doing the diet with me. I guess when I say diet my guidelines are based only on calories consumed daily. For me right now I want my caloric intake to be around 1400. I have had great success with weight watchers...lost 60 pounds (gained it back). Did really well on the ideal protein diet...lost 50 pounds quite easily and quickly (gained it all back). You get the picture...just want to eat sensibly and get off this roller coaster. Hobbies...I like cooking...hate the clean-up and dislike recipes. I like being outside...by the pool or golfing. Can't say I'm a great golfer however I'm good at riding in the cart and drinking a beer or two.
