I'm tired of being tired and looking sloppy. I'm tired of my whole body hurting all the time. And when I get myself motivated to eat right and exercise, it aggravates my back and then I quit. I need to power through it. I need to eat right and stick too it. I need to not be lazy!! I know it is all in my mind how I eat and exercise. I have to control my mind better.
