I only have a bm about 2 to 3 times a week
FIBER and WATER. You should go one time for each meal, several hours after you eat.

What is some really Great SKIN CARE ANY ONE PLEASE
coconut oil!! I cook with it and also put it on my skin and scalp. It has made my skin and hair soooo soft. You feel the difference instantly.
