I am 60 and healthy except for the 15-20 pounds I would like to lose. In January I ready Yuri ElKaim's All Day Fat Burning Diet and lost 10 pounds; from 160 to 150. A few years ago, I considered 140 to be my "WOAH! I have to do something" weight. Now I am at 146 and am aiming at 125; where I was in my early thirties. Back then, I maintained this weight easily because a) I was very active and b) I had not begun the wine drinking habit!
I have recently started a 12 week strength training on bodybuilding.com and am focusing on counting macros. I have worked out on and off over the years so I don't feel intimidated by dumbbells and gyms. This time, I'm determined. I want my body back!
