I'm a married 54 year old who wants to be healthy. I have two grown children and four grandchildren. I work in an office so I'm sitting most of the day. The exercise I like doing is walking during my lunch hour, working out with a personal trainer three times a week, and using the treadmill or elliptical machines at Club 1 Fitness.
