Well I started trying to lose weight over 4 months ago. One year after Thyroid removal surgery. I was at 185lbs when I started trying to lose weight. I tried changing my eating habits first to go was Dr Pepper. Then I added breakfast and tried to eat less. I really was not losing anything. Then the middle of August I started writing everything that I ate down in a journal. I tried to keep under 1200 calories a day and done very well but still lost nothing and by September 15th I had gained up to 187lbs. I was furious... I started reading about the HCG diet. I was and still am very reluctant to believe it but I went to GNC and purchased a box of the HCG and by September 16th started the 500 calorie HCG diet. first few days were miserable and I did not think I could continue but somehow I found my groove and here I am 13 days later at 178lbs. my first goal is 160lbs and I think I will get there by end of October if I keep doing what I am doing. Any advice or encouraging words would be greatly appreciated.
