I finally got serious! Finally! I have been doing Power 90 6X a week. Eating 1200 calories a day. Running 3X a week and it has shown. From 190 lbs., I am now at 168! I feel great! Thank you for all the motivation and support I've received here. 48 more pounds to go! Wooohoooo!Wink

So I started working out and watching my calories at 1200/day. I don't know if I'm expecting too much already, but I'm already getting discouraged. When will I start losing weight? When do people usually start to lose? Maybe I'm just being impatient.Yes I have had about 2 slip up days, but they're not horrible and get back on track. What do you guys think?

My name is Roxy. I'm currently weighing 185 lbs. and would love to lose 50. Honestly, more like 60 lbs to get down to 125. I work out 6 times a week, alternating and watch my calorie intake at 1200 calories. I've been successful before. i went from 200 to 185, but now I'm trying to get it all off. If anyone has tips, please, please, let me know. I would love to meet other individuals with similar goals to mine so we can encourage each other. Thanks! Very Happy
