gaining 0.3 lb a week

Haven't been on for quit a while. Gained a good chunck of the weight back by early November, then the wife and I decided that after the holidays on Jan 1, we would get back on track.
That was probably a mistake. What we should have done is start then. Or at least agree that we would try to stick close to healthy eating except perhaps holiday meals. As it is, I gained almost 30 more lbs since early Nov.
Feeling pretty crappy these days. The extra weight and poor eating has definitely impacted how I feel physically. Having some issues that I forgot about from last time I was this weight.

Amazing how much better it does when you eat what you are supposed to. I am now down to a point where I am tied with my best weight since starting back in November.
This is my second week at my new job and it turns out it is a bit easier for me to eat right here. The job involves a bit of clock watching (we are billing customers... a lot... so you can't run over on time without a good reason. That also means it is easier for me to not skip scheduled snacks or eat at odd times... which helps the hunger quite a bit.

Had to head back to Kohls to return my 42" jeans I picked up last week. One of the belt loops came loose. While there, Kildayan said, "I think those were too big on you. Try the 40s." Of course, she was right. The 40s fit perfectly! From a snug 48" to a comfortable 40"!
Need to get back on track with the diet and exercise so I can get into the 30s (and below 300.)
