I have been walking my dog everyday (except sunday) since my dog challenge started. I think he is out of shape because he wants to go home before me. lol
I started doing the 100-up yesterday but couldn't get to my computer to make sure I was doing it right. I didn't really do as many as I could have just because I wanted to make sure it was correct. I really started it with the instructions and the foot exercises today.
I also did an extra workout on my kinect just for an added bonus.... That was a lot of stuff for one day. I'm already tired! Maybe I should cut back on something...
25 with dog/15 on kinect/10-15 100-up with foot exercises

January 15, 2012 I went to Cici's buffet. I added all the calories together of what I ate and it came to 1990! I did bad but I went to lazer tag later that day. I hope I burned enough with how much I ran around. I didn't add it to my diet log because I didn't want to log each piece of food and each nutritional info. Note to self: beware buffets!
