After 2012, went up to 170 again, down to 128 during hyperthyroid in 2015, up to 145 afterwards, down to 118 during weird illness, now going up again but struggling to maintain.

I've lost 21 pounds and no one has commented on it in a favorable way or said a word of encouragement or congratulations. Sigh. This is what happens for women after a certain age. Oh well. I wasn't doing it for others. I feel more comfortable. I know that my blood sugar and serum lipids are probably better. I can fit in more of my clothes. And *I* think I look better.
