I have PCOS, which is associated with insulin resistance so it's very difficult for me to lose weight. I'm supposed to be on a South Beach type of diet, but I don't really eat a lot of meat. Any tips on high protein/low carb diets?
I like to have fun and live in Vancouver. I actually used to be quite tiny but have gained a lot of weight in the past few years. I want to go from being the girl with the great personality to being the HOT girl with the great personality.
