My name is Heather.
I am 48yo and the mother of three. (23y, 11y & 18y)
I recently graduated with my Master's degree in Nursing but gained 30-35 lbs during the program. A Doctor's visit last summer was a wake up call for me. My BP was extremely high. My cholesterol was out of this world and my fasting blood sugar was borderline. My weight at the time was 168 which was shocking to me since I never weighed over 130 before!!
I looked awful and I felt even worse.

I am now focusing on weight loss for health and not cosmetic reasons--- but if I look like a super model when all is said and done, Well Hooray for me!
