So I was 10st uk size 10/12, spinning 3 times a week, kettlebells 3 times a week, pretty much eating what I wanted (within reason) because I was exercising so much. . . Moved in with my partner, got married, stopped going to the fitness classes but carried on the eating. Inevitably gained a hell of a lot of weight, fell pregnant, miscarried, blamed myself for being so fat and unhealthy, started to eat better and lost a tiny bit of weight but fell pregnant again very quickly. . . . Ballooned massively with a 9lb 5.5 oz baby boy. . . He’s now 6 months old and it’s time to sort myself out and get healthy again for his sake.
