Still losing
Keeping up the loss of 1 lb a day. Very pleased and keeps me motivated Very Happy

Have lots of energy now. Starting to use Eliptical to speed the process up and hopefully increase daily weight loss. Need to lose as much as possible for wedding on June 9th. Going with a friend I haven't seen in over 20 years. Very Happy
