Looking for a diet buddy...(20's with 25lbs to lose)
I'm 25 looking to lose a total of 40lbs but my first weight goal is 20 lbs lighter,
I've had a really bad week for my weight as I just put back on like 3 lbs. My goal is to now exercise more as I've learned to change my diet!

We're not alone, let's do it together!

Work-out at work?
I found this one in an e-mail I received about "flat stomach exercises." I've been trying it and it's seems to be a nice little exercise you can do while tippy-typing away at your desk.

Sit at your desk with your feet flat on the floor.
Place your hands either in front of you on your desk or on the seat of the chair on either side of you.
While contracting your abdominal muscles, exhale and raise both your feet off the floor and up towards the underside of your desk.
Hold this position for 5 - 10 seconds.
Inhale and lower your feet back down.

It's a nice little ab tightener that no one in your office even has to know you're doing!
