Sleeping aids when mind just can't stop working
I have heard taking non flavored gelatin b4 bed helps. Some say with milk because the fat helps and some say with water.

eeeew I do not trust that man or anyone else whom gets paid to peddle goods... If he were being honest and truthful and it really did benefit you they would blacklist him faster then then you can blink.. They do not want you to be healthy lol no money to be made in that.. big bucks are in a slow painful death baby

1200 calorie per day but most of the calories still come from carbs
As I near my target weight Ive been thinking about how to maintain. Ty for this.
