I'm a 48 yr old working Mom, who has never really had an exercise regimen and I love food! Once I turned 40 it seems like things changed... I refuse to buy bigger clothes so I've got to make a lifestyle change. Since January, I had foot surgery on both of my feet and I'm still recovering from that. With my doctor's help (he has prescribed Phentermine for me) and counting calories with the FatSecret app on my Blackberry - I've been able to lose over 15 lbs. since January! That is all without an exercise plan. I just changed my goal weight today to push myself - no more excuses - I can get up and exercise in the morning!!
