Took a break from running yesterday, but hit the road again this morning. It's getting better and better, yay! AND I did my 4km in less than 30 mins today (gasp! yay!). I also made tofu at home on wednesday and it turned out great!

I've been trying to incorporate walking to the office into my daily routine. It takes about 40 minutes of brisk walking, and some weeks are better than others.
This morning I finally went for my first run this year. It was more like a 30 minute, walk/half-run, but definitely more blood pumping. Yay! It was fun and not as time consuming as i thought it would be. I've updated my music playlist in anticipation of my next run. My goal is to run 5km at least 3 times a week :)

Not sure what's going on - my clothes r freer and i feel lighter but i dont see the result on the scale. I'm getting back on the program, but i dont want to lose too much weight or my curves. Annoying. I've entered this weight because i need to be brutally honest with myself about this and hopefully i'll see results soon
