Desk work / Long hours
I work at a desk from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm 5 days/week, so that leaves me no time to move except on the weekends (which honestly I spend cleaning, sleeping or just relaxing)
I was wondering If any of you has this problem of long desk hours, and how do you cope with it, are there any tricks to still burn some calories throughout the day ?

Will try the pilates too , i already do yoga and i will add pilates

Thanks for your help guys
I m planning to add more core-toning yoga poses and sit ups to my daily routine it will be nice to lose 6 inches around my waist for a start

My IBM is withing the healthy range 21
I weigh 52 kgs , the problem is that my body is slim but i have a lot of belly fat which makes me look weird and unproportional
Pleeeeaaaase give me tricks and tips soi can use them all at once
