I am married to my beautiful wife of 22 years and have three kids (18,15, and 11). My priorities in life are God, Family and now I can say that Health has made it to my top three! We live in Texas on the Gulf coast.

My wife and I have been doing a boot camp for 11 weeks now and really love it. I'm still not a big fan of getting up at 4:15am for a 5:15 workout but we're still doing it. Muscle soreness has become a new normal for us. It hurts in a good way! :)

I've had success before in dieting (Weight Watcher'ish). This time is different. I am building muscle and not just losing fat. It's throwing off the scales some but I can tell it working because I'm dropping pant sizes. So ignoring the scales, I'm trudging on, confident that end the end, I'll be a healthier, happier me.
