I guess I am just a typical 41 year old guy. Happily married and have 2 great kids.
I have always maintained 150 pounds since I graduated High School...no matter what I ate, how much of it I ate, My weight would not change...until about 5 years ago. Suddenly I found myself pushing 180 pounds and getting a rather unsightly mid-section. All of the well defined muscle tone I had had was also disappearing.
As I am not getting any younger, I decided it is time I do something about my eating habits. I was eating all the bad types of foods and too much of it. Time to change.
I would like to get back to the 155-160 lb. range and have a well defined physique. I want to replace all the fat with muscle so my end weight may be higher than what my goal weight is. As long as it is healthy muscle instead of unhealthy fat, I will be happy with a higher weight.
