Spacey has an opinion on everything. Surprisingly some are accurate even though they are harsh. Are you exercising? It really is a key part of losing weight.Find something you love that gets you moving and that weight will melt right off.

Am I doing this right.
You might try a sit and fit exercise program it is gentler on your body and may help get your metabolism kick stared. Sometimes walking is hard on the joints maybe alternate a walk day and a sit and fit day. Any exercise is better than no exercise. I don't follow the FS RDI it seems to high for me. I try to keep it down around 1000-1200

Finding a Personal Trainer
I use a personal trainer twice a week. He comes to my home and it is wonderful. I have recently developed a heel injury and he has found exercises to work around it while still working the entire body. I am usually sore after a work out but certainly able to function. The most important thing I have learned is that its my body I know my limits. He can push me to perform but if it hurts I stop. Get someone who encourages you and try to have a sense of humor.

looking for buddies....
The first three days are difficult. But seem to get easier by the fourth day. drink lots of water, and do something nice for yourself. if this was easy we would have done it a long time ago
