Hello,
I'm 32 and live in Long Island, NY.
I have joined this site to keep track of my daily intake.
I've been trying to gain some weight but for some reason I have been so unsuccesful.
So, by doing this, I can actually see if I'm falling behind on my intakes. Hopefully I will have some ideas here about what to eat to accomplish that.
