following: Jenny Craig's Diet
performance: losing 2.0 lb a week
I'm 25 years old and I've always been a bit over weight. I've been on diet after diet after diet and i ALWAYS relapse and go back to my old ways. I'm on the Jenny Craig diet program and this is my second week in. It's not easy resisting these cravings. All I want is Applebees, chili's or See's candy. I never thought I would be anything but overweight BUT it's gotten to a point were I'm NOW just plan FAT and it hurts mentally.
This time it's different. I'm ready to make life altering changes in my diet and in my life. I'm ready to seek out advice and help from other people who have the same problem or is going through the same thing. Anybody advice helps. I need all the help I can get.
