I started a new job at a water reclamation plant that requires a lot of walking. I walk about 7 or 8 miles a day now as well as climbing 12 flights of stairs every every 4 hours (twice per shift).
All that being said, I finally inched my way into the 200's! I'm only a half pound in, but I'm excited about finally seeing a "2" at the beginning of the scale.

I gained half a pound. I mean, it's not much, but any gain is a bad thing in my book. It only serves as motivation though. I think I see some running in my future today.

I've upped the exercise/activity and tweaked the diet a little. I think I found a good balance. The pounds are beginning to melt. I dropped another 3 lbs! I won't get too excited though, I know there's a plateau with my name on it out there somewhere.

I've made it a point to become more active. The weight isn't coming off as fast as I'd like, but that's mostly due to me deviating from the diet I have planned. I've been doing pretty good this week and it's becoming increasingly easy to stick with good food choices. I'm guessing this will speed up the weight loss. I mean, it only makes sense, right?
Here's to another 1.5 lbs gone!
