Hi- I can answer your calorie burning query as I work in medicine. The body burns up to1300 kcal per day just surviving. Breathing, heart beating, muscle renewal etc.. use energy and when the body is starved too much (I.e anorexia) and the body burns stored fats then starts to burnsugar stores around the heart and can cause heart problems. Best to stick to 1200-1500 kcal per day Smile

Post-Baby-Weight
Hi!! I have a 5 month- old and also have a 'baby apron' as it is called in the UK!! I am a midwife and can understand howhard it is to shed weight when you are postnatal and also breastfeeding. Let me know how you get on!!!! Wink
