Last night was Jesse's 18th birthday party so definitely went over calorie intake but not going to stress about it. Am fasting today rather than Monday as hubby away today so is nice and easy with just me to worry about.
Bought some bathroom scales which are supposed to measure body fat, water, bone density but that feature does not appear to work so will return them this week for replacement. Weight only does appear to work and places me at 61.1kg this morning. When i started this 61kg was a guess as I had not weighed in three years!! At least now I know where I actually am. Have been browsing the fast diet uk website and they recommend girth measurements and weight once a week so will give that a go and see how much progress I can make in the next 12 weeks :)

Beginning weight was a guess so now I have actual starting weight listed. Enjoying the structure of the 5:2 Fast way of eating and looking forward to seeing results on the scale and in the mirror :)

When I started this I guessed my weight as I have not weighed in 3 years (a phobia I am learning to deal with). Today I hopped on the scales at work and they read 61kg - so I now know this to be my current weight and will keep proper track from here, I might even have to get a set of scales for home!! Today is my fast day once again and is going okay so far. This lifestyle seems to work well for me so far, less bloating and stomach irritation and my pants are looser too :)

Decided on a shorted run/walk today - 25 min plus 5 minute warm up and 5 min cool down, followed by stretches for IT Band. Right knee still a little tender but did not bother me during run. Will look into wisdom of using cycling to cross train until it settles right down. (Have my 20 min plus on treadmill done for challenge

Fast day once agagin, spent at work today, was not too bad, rest day for exercise too, seem to have tweaked my right knee running last night so rest should settle it hopefully.
