Motivation Lost Completely - Need a boost and tips
Hey there,
I can't tell me friends or family I'm trying to lose weight because it seems to come with negative connotations: like it suddenly means I have an eating disorder just because I want to lose a little bit before I start toning everything up..
As a consequence of not telling anyone about my diet, sticking to it is really difficult outside my work hours. I dont really have anyone to support me in it...
I just want to lose a little weight. Does anyone have any tips? What worked for you guys? I've tried to follow Southbeach but would quite like something easier (anything as simple as drinking a whole load of water) anything which doesnt have crazy guidelines of what not to eat?
I'd really appreciate any help.
Many thanks and lots of love,
P

I need help finding my motivation again :(
I think it's the guilt that comes with failing that is what ultimately destroys us. We need to be empowered to do better next time. 'Fall down seven, stand up eight'.
EVERYONE fails sometimes. Be kind to yourselves.
If anyone wants to buddy up and start a group to motivate each other I would love that!
