23 year old History graduate! Grew up in a poor family, I would eat what was provided and was affordable - ramen noodles, fast food, lots of breads and pastas. I was sheltered by my grandmother's controlling ex-husband, who didn't allow me to go outside or have friends, so I sat at home all day. My weight skyrocketed, and now it's time to take my life back.
My weight yo-yo's frequently. I have little time to exercise because I'm on my feet all day in a retail position, and by the time I get home, my feet are aching and I just want to sleep. To start, I'm going to strictly follow Weight Watchers and monitor my food intake; on days when I have off from work (ha ha), I'm going to try to exercise for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
