I'm a rather healthy gal and I've stepped up my physical activity level in the past couple months. I'm getting toner and I've lost some inches, however my weight stays the same. By healthy I mean that I consume high fiber foods, mostly whole wheat carbs, lean meats and lots of fruits & veggies. I don't drink sodas or fruit juices, I don't eat much junk food and I drink a ton of water. I do have portion control issues and I'm a foodie so I like to cook with butter, cheeses and sauces...and I like to have a glass of wine while cooking.
So I've decided to take control of my weight and make all this exercise worth while! My goal is to continue preparing and eating delicious foods, but do so in smaller portions and less frequently. I need to eat more lean, healthy meals and make a glass of wine a rarity or treat instead of the norm. I also have low blood sugar so I'm going to research healthy diets that won't make me crash...which in turn makes me binge eat! Good luck to me!!
