It's Monday, whole new week ahead
Let's see...added weight program today to my current cardio routine. Plan to do treadmill/elliptical 25-30 minutes 4 days and wt training 3 days x 30 minutes. Determined to keep healthy meals/snacks and focus on portion control! Good luck to everyoneSmile
