Weight
Did you work out your recommended daily calorie allowance carefully? It all depends on your sex, age, height, current weight, and activity level.
For instance, at my age, 73, height of 5 ft, 60 kg weight and sedentary lifestyle, it works out that to lose weight I need to only eat 1000calories a day. As one loses weight the less calories one has to eat to continue losing!

Number of meals per day setting
There is no way of changing the three meal settings, however what is to stop you combining two of your meals into one, eg. what you eat for the first two meals of your day could be combined under 'Breakfast' the next two under 'Lunch' and then you can put the last meal of the day under 'Dinner' and you'd still have somewhere to record 'Snacks' and other odds and ends. For New Members
Under My Toolbox I do not have a My Diet option. Is that because I have not entered a diet yet and if so, how do I enter one.

just maths or...???
You almost certainly will lose the weight - however your health and looks will be impaired if the calories are not from healthy food.

Info
What was it you wanted info about? Perhaps the heading has changed to individual topic information, and one of us might know where to find that particular bit of information anyway.
( However, just because a quick search has not enabled me to find the info heading, it is probable that members who have been here longer might still know the answer to your original question.)
