I like to make tea to drink when I have cravings! There are many different flavors to choose from, and I even have some special teas like chocolate mint! Try to get loose leaf tea if you can. Also you may need a teapot and a infuser. Hope this helps! Smile

US size 3. That size used to be baggy on me, although I don't think my hips could fit in anything smaller.

still 63kg!
1 hour or more of walking is better for weight loss, and I find one half hour of walking is best for maintenance Smile Good luck!
