Hello! I'm just a high school student looking to lose weight. I love to read.
Goals:
Achieve a healthy weight
-Get a 3.9 or higher GPA- ACHIEVED 4.0 WITH 6 A'S
Get a well-paying job
Challenges:
Getting off the computer to the gym
Resisting the temptation to eat junk food like my friends
Tracking everything
Drinking enough water
To maintain or lose over the holidays
Eat healthy, especially during finals week(DONE)
Fitness achievements:
Getting a a flat stomach(~110)
Getting a thigh gap(I hate my thighs rubbing together)(~108)
Dropping a pant size(or two)(110, 100?)
Dropping dress sizes(110)
Dropping shirt sizes(done@120)
Maintaining my preferred weight for at least 2 years
-Future Hopes-
Follow a zero-carb diet
Get a job that pays well(Actuary or Astronomer)
Use extra to surprise people
Have small house with few possessions(mostly clothes and books)
Have a Youtube channel
Have my own website(maybe 2)
Become internet famous
Live place with subway

Pretty much what the tile suggests. In theory, I'd like to lose weight; but only if it's noticed from afar, or not at all. I've lost weight before, and was disgusted when people started socializing with me, who previously ignored me. I'd like to lose weight so I can fit into clothes and make people envious, but I don't want to be friends with them. It's the blunt truth. Has anyone experienced something similar?

Breakfast
1 tbls. Olive Oil
1 tbls. Vegetable-oil spread
Lunch
1/2 Cup Cheddar Cheese
2 tbls. Almond Butter

I was also wondering if this was an acceptable Fat Razzrotein ratio. I have these foods logged in my food diary for tomorrow as well. I plan to eat dinner in addition to these meals.

Stress eating
I like to make tea to drink when I have cravings! There are many different flavors to choose from, and I even have some special teas like chocolate mint! Try to get loose leaf tea if you can. Also you may need a teapot and a infuser. Hope this helps! Smile
