High protein low fat and carb diet.
I have lost 24 lbs. So far just on diet alone. I injured my back and was unable to work out for 3 weeks. If you follow my diet, you will lose weight. Now that I am adding in at least 30 mins of cardio, mainly elipitical machine I am sure I will reach my goal weight of 180 by mid to late August. I would like to be beach ready before the end of the summer. I just wish I started this lifestyle change. My excuse for the last few years for getting out of shape is that I travel all over the country with my job and I ate junk and never worked out. There is a fitness center in most hotels and I just have to make smart and healthy food choices. I am 100% committed to this lifestyle change and can't wait until I reach my goal weight.
