Starting over after Randy's surgery. Too much going on right now to focus on that too. Getting ready to show the house, Easter, Spring cleaning, and Randy's surgery are more than enough to handle. I am watching what I eat--lower on carbs, but I'm not shunning them like I do on Atkins. I am doing a combination of Atkins and the 8-Hour Diet. I gained weight (almost 10 pounds) about 3 months ago, and have lost 4 of that. Staying steady at 259/260. I want to change this, but again, I can only do so much! With all the cleaning, I'm certainly getting my exercise--climbing up and down the stool while I'm washing windows and heavy lifting while cleaning rabbit pens counts, doesn't it????

Doing a fast right now--praying for our nation and its people to turn to God for forgiveness and mercy upon this nation. Praying for people to get out and vote and make the right choices for this nation.

Started Atkins 4/12/12. Weighed 286, today weighed 277. Doing mostly Induction, with a few slips. No cheating--no sugar, or high carb junk. Been exercising a little more--have the energy for it now!
