I am 39, live in Adelaide South Australia with my partner and her son.

I am an easy going, no fuss, black and white guy.

I am trying to lose weight for lots of reasons -
1)Clothes.
2)Seating.
3)People starring.
4)Work.
5)Health.
6)A Baby.
7)Travel.
8)Shark cage dive with great white sharks.

To many calories??
Hi everyone.

I just started on the site. I entered my weight, height ect ect ect and FatSecret told me I have to eat 4900 calories p/day.

That sounds like too much to me...... thoughts please..

How much protein?
I spoke to the weights trainer at my gym this morning and he said 30g is fine. I told him I have been having around 80-120g and he said all what will happen is the protein your body doesn't need will come out in your urine and it will smell like amonia

Diet
I would cut back on the fat. Some days I only get 8g of fat just buy eating a lot of uncooked foods.
